my letter of res

oh it was a beautiful thing, shame i lost it coz it felt fantastic to write :) i was gonna scan it in so you guys could see it..i'm sure you're fast gathering it wasn't my official resignation but hte day is looming ever closer! i was just fliritng with the idea of quitting initially, but after this afternoons 'buzz' meeting (for all of you who don't know, that's a meeting to get you livened up and motivated for getting on the phones coz it is a tough job) which went along the lines of you're all pants, you haven't done any deals, get it sorted, you musn't be trying i was feeling rather low..i also had my manager listening in on my calls and taking notes 'side by side coaching' and after her 'critique' "when you're good you're very very good but when you're bad your horrid" i was seething, specially as i was one of the few who had actually pulled a deal out!..my beloved comrade wheeled up to me while i sat stewing and plonked a pad and pen in front of me and then rolled away giggling..so i picked up the pen and vented..

oooh it felt nice, and scribbled on an A4 pad, what an insult..i'm considering doing that for my actual resignation when we all leave.. we all joked about just handing it in as a team and walking at the same time..would be nice.
i was actually honest with one of the rsm's today and told him of my complete lack of desire to come in to work with the way things are, there was only 15 people in today! his response was so laisse faire, he was like well maybe you should reconsider your position then! what!! fine i'll walk, see if you like it then eh!? he questioned my ability to do deals to which i defended, i was the ONLY person to drag in at least one deal each day this week, and i have done 1600 this week and am set to despatch target by the 22nd! oooh i'm maddd..grr watch this space..i'm in touch with two agencies now ha!
