and you thought people in walsall dress badly!?!!

for those of you who haven't twigged greg and i are ace friends however that doesn't mean we always like the same things..and when it comes to films we are worlds apart!! often you'll find greg doubled up laughing while watching a film and i'll be sitting wondering what he's watching that i'm not cause i'm well and truly unamused..or he'll rave about a film that i thought was diabolical..so last night we took a risk and watched napolian dynamite..greg has seen it and has been urging me to watch it for some time..sure enough within 30 seconds of the film starting greg nearly wet himself as the main character exhaled loudly down his nose..a little puzzled i wondered if he was laughing cause it held relavance later in the film..not so..anyhow i can only say this film is nothing but odd..i really dont know if i enjoyed it or not..i watched it, intrigued and came out feeling way better about my life at the end, but i wasn't sure what it was aiming to achieve as a film..i wouldl advise peole watch it if only for the fact that its the only film in the last decade that hasnt had an ounce of swearing or sex in it anywhere, that in itself makes it unique..apparantly the director was trying to depict a childhood memory of sumers with his grandma and its been filmed solely in idahoe..give it a go..see what u think :)
